Marsha is a veteran training professional with a solid record of achievement at the senior level with a commitment to preparing all for the expectations and rigors of the career search process. She is trained and qualified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Vocational Interest Inventory. Marsha has counseled and consulted with more than 300+ middle-level and senior-level executives; crafted the delivery of Career Transition Workshops including entrepreneurship and retirement options; and coached 60 Academic and Administrative Department Heads on the procedures of hiring and supervising. Marsha holds a Bachelor’s of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University.
