Maronica WIlliams has over 18 years of progressive Humana Resource experience with major corporations, specializing in staffing & recruiting. Most recently, Maronica has been with Humana for 7 years and has worked in Talent Acquisitions specializing in Diversity recruitment for the entire organization. Prior to Humana, Maronica has had extensive experience working with large-scale employee relations, talent acquisition, strategic planning, project management, behavioral interviewing, employee selection, program management & development, process improvement, multiple stakeholder negotiations, conflict resolution, university relationship management, event planning and Diversity recruitment with The Gap Inc., and Toyota Motor Sales and Manufacturing.
Maronica is a graduate of Kentucky State University, where she received her bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. A graduate of the Greater Cincinnati Urban League Leadership Program (Class 10), and Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Maronica has also has professional certification is AIRS Diversity sourcing & Recruiting Certified and Certified DDI Targeted Selection Facilitator , and is a Member of Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Association.
