Kathy Grant, M.Ed.: Career Coach and Certified Strengths Trainer Kathy is a skilled career services professional, consultant, and client relations manager with experience in Higher Education, Association Management and the Legal and Retailing Industry Sectors. She is a strategic and innovative professional, effective in developing career and professional development opportunities.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in English, Education and Sociology with teaching certification and a Master’s in Education with a focus on career development from the University of Cincinnati. Her signature Strengths are: Strategic, Positivity, Woo, Arranger and Belief. She taught courses in Strengths Based Leadership and for undecided majors at Mount St. Joseph University.
She has recently held positions in leadership, career service and recruiting including Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Mount St. Joseph University, Coop Coordinator and Adjunct Instructor at Cincinnati State, Strengths Coach, and pro bono career coach.
