Jeff Schlaeger, M.Ed., Ed.S. – Personal Coaching & Interventions
Jeff is a practicing school psychologist. He has over fifteen years of experience in assessing, counseling, and facilitating interventions for all age levels within the school setting. He advises over 100 upperclass students who provide mentoring to freshmen. Jeff holds a Bachelors Degree in psychology from Indiana University, and Master’s Degrees in both guidance and counseling (University of Toledo) and human resource development (Xavier University). His experiences beyond his school psychology role include the planning and implementation of diversity trainings for both professionals and students, performance coaching of more than 150 teachers through a state certification process, co-chairing a district-wide self improvement review, and providing business training on topics of conflict management and personality differences. Jeff is also an adjunct professor at Xavier University and Miami University (Ohio), where he has taught consultation, inclusion, assessment and diversity.
